Resolved Engineering Services was founded in 2024 by Jeff Rice, who has worked as a technician, engineer and manager in industrial and utility environments for over two decades. Along the way he collected experience and various degrees in business and engineering. Jeff maintains professional electrical engineering licensure in multiple states, and looks forward to connecting with others in the field as well as those that are interested in RES services.
